Brief creative team to develop creative/communication material for events. Cost Negotiation in line with adherence to budget.•	Venue Management - Maintaining a calendar of events for effective long term planning & management along with negotiations. •	Coordinating between different teams within the organization ensuring the smooth flow of work and timely delivery.•	Point of coordination with international clients & Partners. Taking their requirements for designing and event publications. •	Breaking down requirements with respect to designated teams and monitoring till completion.
