Chip Kennedy

Chip Kennedy is an AI and civic engagement founder dedicated to empowering early-stage founders in building digital products more effectively and efficiently.

His passion lies in contributing to the growth of the tech ecosystem in the Research Triangle, North Carolina, advocating for equity, access, and dignity through technology innovations.

With a background as a former CTO in groundbreaking startups, advisor to numerous founders, PM, engineer, product studio owner, hospice innovator, and culture catalyst, Chip brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table.

He pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University and also attended Thayer Academy.

Throughout his career, Chip has been involved in various organizations, including CivicReach.AI, The Amalgamation, Guaranteed, Parachute Health, as well as Tastemakers Africa, among others, in roles spanning from founder to advisor to CTO.

He has held positions such as Software Engineer, Product Strategy Consultant, Lead Software Engineer, iOS App Developer, Project Manager, and Web Developer, showcasing his versatility and expertise in the tech industry.

Chip has also contributed to community service as a Volunteer Software Engineer, Cashier, Personal Care Attendant, and Paper Boy in different organizations, emphasizing his commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
