Prior to his tenure at Freshworks, he served as a Key Account Manager at Manipal Technologies Ltd. (formerly Manipal Press Ltd.), further honing his skills in client engagement and account growth.

His background also extends to the realm of systems engineering, where he worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Bobcares, reflecting his technical acumen and problem-solving abilities.
