At Apple, Chen was involved in Music Content Business Development focusing on Original Content.

Prior to that, Chen excelled as the Head of Creator Acquisition - Twitch Music at Twitch, showcasing expertise in the music and digital content industry.

Chen's tenure at Capitol Records saw various leadership roles including Vice President of Content Partnerships & Strategy, as well as Vice President of Digital Strategy & Business Development.

Chen also served as Senior Director Of Business Development, Chief of Staff, and Director of Business Development at Capitol Records, demonstrating a progressive career within the music and entertainment sector.

Before Capitol Records, Chen interned at Universal Music Group and undertook MBA studies at Harvard Business School, where Chen was part of the Class of 2017.
