Chinar Khalsa has donned several hats at iPlace, a global recruiting company with headquarters in McLean, Virginia, and an international recruiting center in Pune, India. As Head of Client Servicing and formerly at the helm of Sourcing Operations and Manager-Sourcing, Chinar has carved a niche in the technical job orders space for the financial and healthcare industries. She possesses excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven track record in client and candidate relationship management and planning. Her qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from MGM's CCSIT. Chinar is a graduate of the eight-week intensive iPlace Academy training program, considered the best sourcing and recruiting training program in India.
