Chiedozie Okafor, a first-generation Nigerian-American, is an accomplished leader with a passion for people development and enablement. With over eight years of consulting and strategy experience across various industries, including healthcare, technology, media, education, and consumer, Okafor is skilled in strategic thinking, managing multiple projects and workstreams, implementing initiatives, improving operational performance and managing large-scale programs and change management efforts. He possesses high emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, coaching and training skills making him effective at working with diverse stakeholders across all levels and building influence with high-level executives and teams.

Okafor studied Biology at Texas A&M University before obtaining his Masters in Business Administration and Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of Michigan. He has worked as a Product Strategist at Dell, a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, a Summer Associate at Deloitte, and a Consumer Marketing Summer Associate at Johnson & Johnson. He also founded CEO Collegiate Advising and held positions including Programs and Communications Coordinator at Houston Leadership for Tomorrow and Student Consultant at International Child Care. Okafor is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
