Chiara Marinelli is an Italian-Peruvian lawyer and public policy specialist with a focus on worse forms of human exploitation, migration dynamics, and security policy design, implementation, and evaluation. Her professional experience spans governmental work, multi-sectorial strategies, and collaborations with civil society, international organizations, and private partners. Chiara's expertise includes communication, administrative tasks, writing events literature, press releases, donors and project reports, and budget management. She pursued her education by studying at the Erasmus Master in Public Policy, Security Track at the School of Public Policy at Central European University and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Chiara Marinelli has worked with various organizations including CHS Alternativo, Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo - Panamá, Terre des hommes foundation, International Labour Organization, Ministerio del Interior Perú, Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, and IDEHPUCP, focusing on areas like human trafficking, forced labor, organized crime, violence against women, and democratic security.
