Chiara Di Giulio

Chiara Di Giulio is an environmental consultant with a strong passion for oceans and water sustainability.

She holds a cross-disciplinary education in environmental sciences and environmental law, specializing in water and marine sciences, with a Master's degree, LL.M, and Bachelor of Arts.

Chiara is fluent in French, English, Dutch, and Italian, with a proficient knowledge of Spanish.

Her educational background includes a MSc in Marine, Energy, and Environmental Sciences with 1st class Honours from the National University of Ireland, Galway, an LLM in International Law of the Sea and Environmental Law with a GPA of 3.5 from Utrecht University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Leiden University College The Hague.

She completed her European Baccalaureate at the European School of Brussels with a 7.2/10 score.

Chiara has worked in various roles including Consultant Environment and Energy at Royal HaskoningDHV, Technical Consultant at the European Investment Bank (EIB), Project Assistant at NABC, and European Union Graduate Trainee at the European External Action Service.

She has also held positions such as Chair of the Social Committee at Utrecht University, Intern at Médecins du Monde Belgique, Intern at Scalabrini Centre of Cape Town, and Board Member at Leiden University College The Hague.

Her experience extends to roles at Banca Monte Paschi Belgio, Royal Bank of Scotland, and International Friendship for Development (NGO).
