Chia Douglas Rohrer is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in the hospitality sector, commercial real estate, structured finance, and legal counsel.

Mr. Rohrer has held key roles such as CFO/CIO & General Counsel at Plan Do See America Inc., where he focused on commercial real estate project capitalization, financial operations, and joint venture structures within the hotel and event venue industry.

He has also served in various capacities at Citadel Securities, Credit Suisse, Aberdeen Realty Holdings Ltd., and as a real estate finance attorney at Sidley Austin LLP and Squire Patton Boggs.

Furthermore, as a founding shareholder and Board member of Los Magos Spirits International Inc. (LMSI), he successfully navigated the company through formation, capitalization, and international expansion, introducing premium spirits globally.

Additionally, Mr. Rohrer is a principal at 4th & Vertice LLC, an integrated investor, developer, and operator of real estate assets focusing on hospitality and retail sectors.
