Chi Dang is an internationally experienced professional with a background in HRIS, HR policies, Recruitment, and Employee Relation.

Chi is enthusiastic about expanding knowledge in HR Strategy and Organization Development, showcasing a tech-savvy and intercultural profile.

With a diverse academic background including a Master of Business Administration from IAE Bordeaux and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Xamk - South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences, Chi's educational journey also includes an Erasmus Exchange at ESDES Lyon Business School.

Chi has held various roles in different organizations, serving as a Human Resources and Operations Assistant at Action on Poverty, a Human Resources Consultant as a Freelancer, an Associate Consultant at MCG Management Consulting, a Marketing Intern at Raffles Academy, an Employer Branding Intern at VNG Corporation, and a Project Assistant Intern at Erasmus Student Network Dubrovnik.
