Chetram Persaud

Chetram Persaud is a seasoned project manager with a versatile skill set that includes Agile Scrum Framework, facilitation of workshops, coaching team members, finance/budget management, resource management, and critical/analytical thinking. He is a graduate of information technology project management from LearnSmart and computer programmer and analysis specializing in database from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology.

Previously, Chetram served as a program manager/project manager/scrum master in IT projects at The Home Depot. Before that, he worked as a data analyst and reporting, a data/business analyst at Quadrem-Ariba, a project and portfolio management analyst of information services at HBC, an HR programmer, and analyst of HR core services at HBC, and as a Human Resource Administrator of HR core services at HBC.

Chetram is a professional with a flexible and adaptable management style that combines traditional project management and Scrum Master mindset. He is adept at identifying, recognizing, and quickly removing impediments, and has exceptional team skills and adaptability. He is passionate about building metrics and reports, software testing, software enhancements and implementations, database designing, consultation, and process improvements.
