With over 10 years of experience, she is the co-founder and president of Talent Retriever, where she helps organizations grow their teams through a cost-efficient and flexible recruitment model. Cheryl's agile recruitment methodology involves providing custom recruitment solutions that suit the needs of an organization in a consultative manner, with a team-based approach that is geared towards providing quality hires quickly. Cheryl and her team specialize in recruiting across different areas, including private equity, e-commerce, tech, high volume sales teams, strategic sales recruiting, product management and marketing, engineering, data science, customer support, professional services, and marketing for software as a service (SAAS) companies.

Cheryl holds a degree in BA, BDIC- Advertising and Social Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to co-founding Talent Retriever, Cheryl held various positions such as Director of Business Development at McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association, Senior Marketing Manager at Holland & Knight LLP, and Marketing Manager at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
