Cherlyn Tay

Cherlyn Tay began her journey in Talent Management back in 2013 while pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Marketing at Curtin University, Perth.

She joined AIESEC, a renowned not-for-profit youth-run organization, where she honed her skills in conducting interviews, tracking team performance, and developing personal growth plans for members.

Her passion for Talent Management led her to progress within the organization, eventually becoming a team leader responsible for planning and training a team of four.

Aside from her professional endeavors, Cherlyn has interests in animals, road trips, nature photography, watching TV series and action movies, staying updated on current affairs, playing the piano, attending music festivals, and working out.

Currently, Cherlyn serves as a People Operations Business Partner at Food+ by Compass, a team known for crafting food experiences that fuel innovation at a major tech company.

Her previous roles include Technology Recruiter at GetLinks, Manager of People and Business Operations at Plum, Talent Acquisition Manager at Plum, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Carousell, and Operations Specialist at Carousell among others.

With a diverse educational background in commerce and a deep-seated passion for talent development, Cherlyn Tay embodies a dynamic professional with a drive for organizational success.
