Cheri Lujan

Cheri Lujan is an experienced and innovative leader with a track record of improving results with over 15 years of expertise in employee performance, process optimization, and change management. Boasting a unique blend of data-driven decision-making and inspiring shared vision, Cheri has consistently exceeded goals and driven change. She is qualified in developing diversity and inclusion, and is a certified change practitioner and trained facilitator. Cheri is also an expert in new employee on-boarding, improvement of attrition rates, and continuous improvement methodologies using process mapping and Six Sigma Green Belt. In addition, she has experience in sales, sales management, and HR. Cheri earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Santa Monica College.
