Chema Luengo is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in growth strategy, business development, and M&A integration. He has a strong international background, having worked across the US, Europe, and Latin America. After graduating from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid with an MSc in Telecommunication Engineering, he furthered his education with an MBA in Finance, Management and Strategy, and International Business at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. He also earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and studied Industrial Organization and Introduction to Competition Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Over time, Luengo has established a strong capability in Growth Strategy and Business Development, M&A Due Diligence, Operations, Turnarounds, and Performance Improvement. He has gained extensive experience across a range of sectors, including consumer products, retail, healthcare, energy, financial services, online travel and IT & telecom.

Chema has held leadership positions at top-tier companies, where he demonstrated his ability to lead and develop teams to deliver tangible results. He was previously the VP Head of Product / Chief Product Owner - Global Digital Transformation at Liberty Mutual Insurance, and the VP West Product Strategy at the same company. He also served as the Head of Product Development and Innovation, and the Director of Innovation at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Prior to joining Liberty Mutual Insurance, Luengo held positions at Deloitte Consulting, Bain & Company, C.I.D.A., and L.E.K. Consulting.
