Chelsea Martin is a highly accomplished and experienced professional based in Michigan. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Relations from Eastern Michigan University, Chelsea has gone on to establish a successful career spanning over 7 years in project management, community engagement, and communication strategies. She has held various roles within the State of Michigan, starting as a Volunteer Michigan AmeriCorps*VISTA at the Michigan Community Service Commission and currently serving as the HIV Care Projects Manager.
Chelsea's work experience extends well beyond the State of Michigan, having also held positions as the Civic Engagement Manager at Michigan Nonprofit Association and as a Franklin Project Ambassador at The Aspen Institute. Her passion for supporting local communities has led her to engage in various capacities within the nonprofit sector. She has served as a Program Coordinator for the Volunteer Centers of Michigan at Michigan Nonprofit Association and as a Capacity Building and New Media Consultant at Volunteer Centers of Michigan.
Throughout her career, Chelsea has demonstrated a keen ability to manage projects, communicate effectively, and engage communities. She has also gained valuable experience in event planning and management, tutoring, and supporting student government initiatives.
