Chelsea Kardos is a highly organized and proactive individual with vast experience in the entertainment industry. Upon graduating from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, she kickstarted her career with various internships, including The Gersh Agency and The Kennedy/Marshall Company, where she honed her skills in literary and feature development. While assisting executives at New Wave Entertainment and Route One Films, Chelsea developed her administrative, project management and communication skills, preparing herself for her current role. Currently, she is the Scripted Programming Assistant at AMC Networks, where she is responsible for providing support to the Programming team, managing calendars, and managing departmental files.

With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, Chelsea ensures that all of her projects run smoothly and efficiently. She also has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which come to bear when interfacing with industry experts, talent, and colleagues.
