Talent Supply Chain Consultant for Enbridge's (Spectra Energy) Contingent Workforce Program.

Program and Operational Support:
• Full cycle recruitment for a variety of positions.  Consultative approach to hiring managers and candidates
• Perform consultation call with hiring managers to assess needs and determine best sourcing strategies to ensure acquisition of the best talent Utilization of procurement technologies to facilitate fulfillment of role and move requisition through client’s internal processes.
• Monitor daily progress of requisition and follow up accordingly.
• Utilize candidate assessment and selection techniques when reviewing resumes to ensure only the best match is shortlisted.
• Supporting the financial processes related to timecard & expense management, invoicing and corrections. 
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
• Negotiate bill rates to ensure that they are aligned with current market rates.
• Ability to manage multiple situations effectively while multitasking and maintain a sense of urgency and attention to detailed.
Client, Program and Supplier Management:
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement and service delivery.  
• Utilize bill rate benchmarking data and competitive bidding to ensure cost containment for the customer.
• Build customer and supplier relationships through professional rapport, consistent follow-up and maintaining contact and ongoing communication.
• Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions.
• Act as a liaison with Suppliers to resolve daily operational issues.  Escalate as appropriate.
• Contribute consultative input and client requirement expertise to annual supplier summit
• Utilize both client and market data to provide guidance to and set expectations for realistic recruiting cycle timelines.

Talent Supply Chain Consultant

• Manage program data and complete analysis of application intakes for customers and trade allies
• Conduct all initial intakes for our trade ally, ensure all correct and accurate documentation is provided to be approved. If there are missing items, process is to reach out and obtain missing information
• Maintain client applications and ensure we are able to provide any support and answer all questions
• regarding process
• Help on boarding of new employees along with training and overseeing progress
• Develop solutions to a variety of problems and situations along with the ability to collaborate with team members on each situation
• Payment processing, data entry, gathering and entering data into Salesforce, assuring accuracy
• Contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals

• Provide periodic program status reports to leadership
• Serves as a consultant to Husky Stakeholders, and supply base
• Conduct analysis, investigations, and resolve client’s inquiries as needed 
• Supports multiple Staffing Specialists within our Program Office for onboarding logistics, data accuracy, extensions, and supplier inquiries on requests.
• Manages timesheet and expense report to ensure deadlines are met, and reporting data is accurate. 
• Educate hiring managers on timesheets approval processes and appropriate deadlines
• Maintains consistent reporting cadence to identify upcoming expiring assignments on all active contingent workers
• Validates assignment end dates for contingent workers and verifies extensions with Hiring Managers
• Ensures contingent workers profiles are deactivated in all VMS systems once off-boarded and complete all off-boarding requirements
• Utilize VMS tools such as Fieldglass, and SAP for reporting and data accuracy
• Sets expectations, priorities, and timelines for suppliers
• Manage budget for contractor assignments
• Monitors client related issues through completion to ensure highest customer satisfaction
• Revises recruitment timeline with client and suppliers as needed
