Chelsea Bridenstine is the Director of Recruitment at Northwestern Mutual St. Cloud, with a focus on finding individuals who are ambitious and committed to making a positive impact in their communities.

In her role, she provides access to top-notch training, cutting-edge technology, financial planning resources, and supportive mentors within the Northwestern Mutual team, enabling individuals to offer expert advice to their clients.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and is an alumna of Eden Prairie Senior High School.

Prior to her current position, Chelsea held various roles at Life Time Inc., including Membership Manager, Member Services Manager, and Member Experience Specialist.

Additionally, she has experience as a Co-Owner of Power Zone, LLC, and as an Infant Daycare Teacher at Especially For Children.
