He actively participated in various organizations, starting as a Student-Athlete at Central Connecticut State University and later engaging in valuable roles at renowned companies like Travelers and Northwestern Mutual.
Cheickna's experience includes being a Future Leaders Development Program (FLDP) Participant in Technology and Operations Finance at Travelers, along with prior roles as a Summer FLDP Intern in PI Financial Planning and Analysis at Travelers and as a Summer Intern at Northwestern Mutual.
