Chee Kiat OH is a Certified Professional Mentor and a Certified Facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, with a passion for innovation and community building. With a background in engineering with Compaq Design Centre, Land Transport Authority (LTA), and Rohde & Schwarz (R&S), he has extensive experience in research and development, mentoring, and coaching. At R&S, he led multimillion-dollar projects in mobile and wireless technologies across the Asia Pacific region, including Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Currently, as a Mentor at the Institute of Technical Education (ITE), he focuses on building leadership in evidence-based pedagogy for Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPET), driving innovation in teaching and learning.
