Chico Craig Richardville has a remarkable background, driving the digital transformation of the healthcare industry with his innovative and transformational approaches. With vast experience in information services, data analytics, and system strategy, Chico's leadership at Carolinas HealthCare System garnered numerous accolades including the John E. Gall, Jr. CIO of the Year, and the Most Wired designation for 14 consecutive years. He advocated on Capitol Hill, paving the way for innovative products and services and creating standards and new norms for health information technology.

In addition to being a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and HIMSS, Chico is the Chairman of the Premier Member Technology Improvement Committee and serves as a board member for several organizations, including the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Foundation, CareConnect, and Carolinas Shared Services. He holds a masters of business administration degree and a bachelor's degree in system analysis from the University of Toledo.
