With a background in Marketing and Strategy from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication, Chayan has a strong educational foundation.

His journey began at American Express, where he observed the inefficiencies of HR tools, sparking his interest in revolutionizing HR technology.

Transitioning to Jabong, a startup later acquired by Flipkart-Walmart group, Chayan encountered similar challenges with multiple disparate HR tools, fueling his determination to make a difference.

In 2015, he ventured into entrepreneurship by launching Perkkx, an employee benefits company, before co-founding Qandle in 2018 with a mission to streamline HR functions globally.

Chayan's collaborative spirit led him to partner with CTO Himanshu, combining their expertise to address the shortcomings of existing HR tools and provide seamless solutions.

Under his leadership, Qandle has empowered over 500 organizations in 25+ countries, enhancing HR processes and employee experiences.
