Sponsorships include the NFL (Chargers), NBA (Clippers), MLB (Angels), College Football (USC/UCLA), artists Luke Brian and J Balvin, national publication magazine FADER,  Kaaboo Festival, and multiple concert arenas.  

Main focus is to develop comprehensive programs to activate around each alliance with 360 degree, multi-channel platforms that directly impact consumers, retailers and wholesalers and ultimately increases beer sale numbers.

GMR Marketing

Account Manager

•	Recruit and interview field teams (FMM, Assistant FMM, Brand Ambassadors) for multiple mall properties

The Marketing Arm

Regional Manager - Nintendo Account

***Hired to manage a $3M+ dollar experiential marketing campaign for the nationwide launch of the BlackBerry Z10 and Q10 smartphone.***

1)   Responsible for recruiting, staffing, training, and supervising a staff of 150 individuals including two Account Coordinators, 45 Field Marketing Managers and 110 Brand Ambassadors across the top 11 markets in the United States (NYC, Miami, LA, SF, Seattle, Dallas, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Phoenix, and Washington)

2)   Manage a $125-150,000 WEEKLY budget for program payroll, expenses, mileage tracking, and personal reimbursements for the promotional staff. 

3)   Daily direct client communication to ensure successful execution of program and meet highest standards of global BlackBerry brand.

4)   Effective training of the BlackBerry brand to the experiential marketing staff and a fully meticulous implementation of numerous specific program details to achieve execution excellence and demanding KPIs. 

5)   Collect, review, approve and forward over 80 weekly reports from FMMs into a single document and also deliver a weekly program expenses/costs report to client.

Attack! Marketing

-Coordinate directly with agency and client and deliver a weekly events reporting
-Manage a grassroots and marketing campaign for Pepsi in southern California
-Assist with preparing accurate budgets within designated financial parameters, and provide progress reports to staff and director
-Conduct thorough walkthrough of room/space layouts for each event.
-Make travel arrangements, conduct research, work with audiovisual equipment, and ensure appropriate décor to meet quality expectations.
-Train Assistant Manager and dozens of onsite-teams across different cities in the new 2012 Pepsi “Live for
Now” campaign
-Work directly with Pepsi bottler distributors and ensure pick up/delivery and load in/out logistics for
300,000 cans of product and 20,000 premiums
-Full management of the backend of all recap reports via quantitative and qualitative metrics
-Proper management of equipment and conducting event set up/tear down and packing/organizing of
materials.
-Coordinate with vendors and numerous event coordinators
-Anticipate client needs and “put out fires” on the spot

PepsiCo

Field/Tour Marketing Manager

National promotion and event staffing serving the Event Marketing Industry since 1998.

-Oversee all aspects of the event and act as the main point of contact with all clients.
-Event set up and logistics, including but not limited to, space reservation, staging, audio/visual, catering, timelines, staffing, scheduling and supervision.
-Negotiate and execute local brand building marketing programs with numerous clients.
-Achieve projected quantitative and qualitative marketing goals and brand building measures.
-Manage and lead professionally through unresolved situations, frequent program changes, delays, and any sudden or unforeseen changes in program’s agenda.

-Take a webinar, online training, and a quiz prior to every single event to understand the client’s needs and requirements for the successful and flawless completion of the event.
-Complete and submit all aspects of program reporting including payroll, weekly expenses, market and social media productivity, inventories, and trend reports.
-Supervised and executed events for: AT&T, Bank of America, Brisk Iced Tea, Hawaiian Tropic, Comicon, SD, Miramar Air Show (US Army), Susan G. Komen race in SD, United HealthCare, Cinemax, Showtime, and many others.
-Promoted twice within a 12-month period because of outstanding results.
