• Creation and marketing of a new Leadership Completion Dashboard to share with senior leaders and HR to drive engagement in Leadership Trainings. 
• Build out Finance Professional Skills offerings to ensure we are meeting training requirements of learners and have development opportunities for all levels

Finance Learning Advisor, VP

Project Managing the design, delivery and evaluation of early career training programmes to help the graduate population reach their potential. Lead Learning Advisor for Citi’s EMEA Banking Capital Markets & Advisory Analyst and Associate Programmes as well as the Lead Learning Advisor for the Global Intern Training across multiple Citi businesses. 

• Lead Learning Advisor for Citi’s Global Intern Training (~1,500 individuals) – expanding, re-designing and re-aligning the 2021 training, with the vision to create a more consistent learning experience for all. Creating and working alongside a global committee of business representatives (~60 people) to ensure training plans met changing business needs
• EMEA Learning Advisor lead for the Investment and Corporate Bank, leading the 2019 re-design of the Analyst and Associate training programmes alongside business committees and training vendors following in-depth analysis of collated feedback from previous years
• Build, maintain and manage relationships with key business stakeholders across all businesses to increase Citi speaker sessions by 15%, providing participants with invaluable Citi context and the opportunity to network
• Development and creation of continuous learning opportunities, including a new Intern Degreed Pathway focusing on technical and professional skills to help them succeed during their time with Citi, as well as Global Citi Knowledge sessions to hear about Citi’s current strategies from business leaders  
• Manage Early Career Learning co-ordinators based remotely, as well a matrixed team of graduate programme managers and recruiters 
• Re-design critical pre-joining communications which were globally implemented
• Management of £1.5m training budget, driving 10% spend saving

Early Career Learning Advisor

Working closely with Learning Programme Managers on regional and global high potential employee development programmes ranging from mid-level to director level. 

•	Manage all logistical elements including material design and production, assessment analysis and scheduling for three global and two regional 6-month executive development programmes incorporating action learning project phases for approximately 400 high potential employees across multiple global Citi business units 
•	Develop and implement a critical programme framework on a Citi social media platform for increased transparency and communication of deliverables with stakeholders
•	Lead and manage the nomination process for I LEAD Global SVP and Regional AVP development programmes by liaising with business partners to communicate expectations, ensure strict criteria are met, justification provided and replacements allocated timely to avoid delays
•	Lead feedback sessions with participants, programme team and business partners to gather insights, identify programme enhancements and implement recommendations to improve year-on-year executive development programme ratings from 93% to 97%
•	Support USD 1MM budget and procurement processes

Learning Programme Coordinator

Part of the patent operations team responsible for all elements of the patent translation process. Primary client contact for two large international companies, typically managing 100+ translation projects per month. Key responsibilities include: 
• Liaise with European Patent Office, other departments, freelance translators and colleagues to ensure work schedules proceed as planned, when necessary reprioritising workload 
• Allocate, distribute and re-prioritise tasks to in-house and freelance translators across the UK and Europe to ensure project plans were met and filed with European Patent Offices by the appropriate deadlines
• Client communication on project status including confirmation, positive reports, validation documents, patent filing receipt and final reports 
• Collate invoices, input and arrange data in a spreadsheet for monthly billing for distribution to client contact
• Request Power of Attorney documentation from clients for delivery to Patent Offices for seamless on-time filing of patents
