Charlotte Michailidis is a highly accomplished professional supporting early stage founders in ParentTech, specializing in startups catering to parents and their children. With a robust track record, Charlotte has been instrumental in fostering the growth of over 250 early-stage startups, aiding them in securing more than $70 million in venture capital funding. Her early career includes a pivotal role as an early employee at a Y Combinator startup where she contributed significantly to establishing business operations, achieving product-market fit, customer segmentation, and executing successful fundraising campaigns.

With a diverse skill set and extensive experience, Charlotte has undertaken various projects at BCG and BCG Digital Ventures, encompassing a wide range of industries with a focus on Media and Tech. Her project portfolio includes strategic initiatives, product development, consumer research, salesforce optimization, pricing strategies, IT system strategies, and M&A/PMI. Notably, she co-authored the BCG PMI playbook, showcasing her expertise in mergers and acquisitions as well as post-merger integration planning across tech, media, pharma, mining, and food sectors.
