Charlotte May is a seasoned corporate attorney with a strong background in corporate and securities law, specializing in capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities compliance.
She has a wealth of experience working with clients in the financial institution and fintech sectors, and has been involved in significant transactions, including some of the largest financial institution deals of 2018.
Charlotte is actively involved in the legal community, frequently speaking and writing on M&A topics for the ABA, and producing webinars on M&A for the ABA Business Law section.
She serves as the Vice Chair of the ABA's Women in M&A Subcommittee, advocating for gender diversity and inclusion in the M&A field by speaking at top law schools.
In addition to her professional work, Charlotte is dedicated to pro bono service, offering legal advice to non-profit organizations such as the Humane Rescue Alliance and serving as a board member for Kitty of Angels.
Outside of her legal career, Charlotte's passion lies in animal rescue, reflecting her commitment to helping those in need and making a positive impact in the community.
