Charlotte Keesler

Charlotte Keesler is the Founder and CEO of Per the work edit, a platform dedicated to supporting and empowering the next generation of women in the workforce.2 She founded the company in 2020 and continues to lead it as of 2024.3 Keesler is an alumna of Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she studied from 2011 to 2015 and also worked as an Econometrics Tutor.3

Under Keesler's leadership, Per the work edit has launched initiatives such as a monthly virtual speaker series4 and produces content on various topics related to women in the workplace. The platform addresses issues like gender disparities in career advancement, salary expectations, and the challenges of "pipeline theory" in achieving workplace diversity.1
