Charlotte Johs

Charlotte Johs is a versatile professional with a strong educational background and an extensive experience in various leadership roles within renowned organizations. She holds a Master's degree in International Business and Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark, complemented by studies in Classic languages at Skt. Knuds Gymnasium in Denmark and Board Education at Copenhagen Business School. Additionally, she pursued academic endeavors at Rossmoyne Senior High School in Perth, Western Australia.

Throughout her career, Charlotte has showcased her expertise in marketing and business development across multiple industries. Notable positions include General Manager Marketing re-invention, General Manager UE Ultimate Ears, Vice President & General Manager Logitech PC Peripherals, and VP Marketing EMEA at Logitech. She has also held strategic roles at Cadbury, serving as Candy Director Europe, Gum Category Director, Category Development Director EMEA, Category Development Leader for New Business, and Gum and Candy Project Leader in EMEA. Prior to her tenure at Cadbury, Charlotte gained valuable experience as an International Senior Marketing Manager at Stimorol within the same organization.

Before her time at Cadbury, Charlotte honed her skills at Sara Lee as Marketing Manager for Personal Care in Denmark and Brand Manager for the Danish market. Her professional journey also includes a role as Business Development Manager at Dandy and Senior Group Product Manager at L'Oreal.
