Relationship Management
- Deliver presentations to teams across Fáilte Ireland updating them on the status of projects 
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximum efficiency while delivering projects 
- Work closely with other teams and build relationships within Fáilte Ireland to see where cross-collaboration opportunities could work with the delivery of projects I work on
- Assist other members of the Dublin team to help them in the delivery of their projects.

Strategic
- Led the Dublin City Activation for the College Football event hosted in the Aviva in August '22. 
- Managed the delivery of a 'Winter in Dublin' workshop for industry to encourage their involvement in the campaign. This included venue sourcing, tender for workshop coach and collateral management.

Planning & operations
- Managed the successful end-to-end delivery of the Dublin Region Industry Day event in the Radisson Golden Lane hotel in February 2023.
- Project managed the Smart Dublin partnership including implementation of key projects for Dublin.
- Document the process of delivering Dublin City activations to ensure consistency for the team when planning future activations.
- Analyse and review existing products delivered by the Dublin team to see where improvements and/or alterations can be implemented

UXDX is a Dublin based conference which targets 2,000 attendees, plus meetup events around the world:
Planning & Delivery
●	Lead production of UXDX events from conception, project planning, timelines, risk assessments, budgeting, design and execution
●	Excellent coordination and timing of multiple suppliers in Ireland and Europe for each event including AV, staging, food, furniture, graphics, staff etc
●	Managing event budgets and always finding ways to keep costs down
●	Manage multiple projects each day while pre-empting any issues in the pipeline which may impact our timelines 
●	Produce all content for UXDX events. 
Relationship management
●	Book executive tech leaders from around the world to speak at our events and manage their schedule while in attendance. 
●	Collaborate with sponsors to ensure they get the experience they want at our events and help create new and exciting ways to engage with the attendees
●	Booked and managed over 250 speakers and trainers while at UXDX
●	Ensure we offer the best attendee experience at all of our events

UXDX is a unique product focussed conference, designed to streamline the end user experience by ensuring all parties work together and receive a greater understanding of roles to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance the end user experience as well as save time and costs for the organisation.

Producer & Head of Production

MPM organises the Dublin Marathon Expo, Ireland’s largest running trade show (22,000 attendees). Also, Womans World, Ireland’s largest female event in (20,000 attendees):
Sales & Relationship Management:
●	Lead a small sales team for both major events
●	Achieved over €100,000 in sales through booking over 80 exhibition stands
●	Gave multiple presentations to potential clients to showcase MPM’s offering
●	Gather feedback from the MPM team, clients and freelancers post event to enhance the quality of our services for future events
Planning & Delivery
●	Create and implement unique exhibition booths for clients including proposals, design and concept to execution, on-site management 
●	Effective management of clients budgets to maximise their opportunity 
●	Liaise with external suppliers to book graphics, electrics, signage, promotional staff, food, audio equipment, lighting etc
●	Manage the floorplan for the events to ensure maximum space is utilised as well as making sure health and safety procedures are met
●	Ensure smooth running at the events by preempting potential issues, managing clients needs throughout and problem solve any issues that arise 
●	Efficiently handle multiple tasks and clients on a daily basis while meeting deadlines

●	Responsible for building relationships and booking world class speakers to attend a variety of our tech conferences around the world
●	Collaborate with each speaker to create the best and most engaging content for each of their talks. Topics covered included: Finance, enterprise, marketing and healthtech 
●	Coordinate speakers to participate in multiple aspects of our events including; leading roundtable talks, judging at our start-up competition and inspiring students
Coordination & Planning
●	Write detailed briefs and tech-scripts for the MC's, chairs & AV team prior to each event
●	Consistently keeping our CRM (Salesforce) up to date with emails, notes, calls etc.
●	At each event I managed the coordination of the A/V, lighting, sound and seating
●	Briefed & managed multiple volunteers to ensure the smooth running of the stage
●	Manage the timing of the talks to make sure everything keeps to schedule.

Speaker Director

The Leeuwin Ocean Adventure Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation based in Fremantle, Western Australia. We are an award-winning provider of experiential learning and leadership development programmes, mainly aimed at young people aged 14-25.

My role covers a variety of tasks including:

•	Promoted and monitored Leeuwin on a variety of online platforms on a weekly basis

•	Spoke at multiple college events promoting Leeuwin programs and scholarship opportunities

•	Managed all aspects of our scholarships program including online promotion, monitoring applications, awarding scholarships and admin 

•	Handled the financial accounts on a weekly basis, including processing merchandise payments, program payments and miscellaneous payments

•	Collaborate closely with Rotary and Lions Clubs around Australia to source candidates for Leeuwin voyages and request sponsorship for other candidates

•	Responsible for sourcing new clients to host a corporate event on board the Leeuwin ship

•	Manage all customer queries on a daily basis over email, phone and face to face

My role at (Ci) Web Summit includes:

•	Web Summit put on the worlds most influential tech events like Web Summit, Collision & Rise

•	Responsible for booking world class speakers to attend a variety of our tech conferences around the world

•	Collaborated with each speaker to create the best and most engaging topics for each of their talks. Topics included: Financial technology, enterprise technology, marketing and more 

•	Writing detailed briefings, scripts and tech-scripts for the MC's, moderators & AV team 

•	Co-ordinate speakers to participate in multiple aspects of our events including; leading roundtable talks, judging at our start-up competition and speaking at our student events.

•	Manage aspects of the staging including A/V, lighting, sound and seating prior to each event 

•	Greet each speaker as they come back stage and handle any last minute concerns

•	Manage the volunteers for the stage and inform them of their tasks and responsibilities

GroupLeader.com is a new online start-up in Dublin with the aim to make group travel really easy. My role as Account Executive includes:

- Establishing relationships with potential hotel partners for GroupLeader.com through presentations, meetings, emails and calls 

- Signing up hotels groups around Ireland and offering assistance with hotel profile creation

- Organising publicity to get maximum exposure in magazines, newspapers and online publications. These include The Sunday Business Post, Silicon Republic and Business Plus Magazine

- Coordinating travel, accommodation and attendance of exhibitions around Ireland and Europe

- Using the CRM system, Zoho, to input information in relation to partner communication

- Using MailChimp to send out campaign emails and newsletters

Account Executive

Giraffe the Agency is a multi-disciplined marketing agency with a passion for joined-up thinking and great ideas. My role as Team Leader/ Promoter included:

- Responsible for leading a team of promotional staff for major promotions around Leinster

- Promoted products ranging from food to technology, including brands such as Haribo, Knorr, HTC & 3 Mobile

- Delegated tasks across the team during promotions

- Established a rapport with clients and resolved any issues related to the promotions

- Compiled feedback into detailed client reports for each promotion with particular emphasis on customer service and satisfaction

- Facilitated retrospectives with the client after each promotion to drive out what changes could be implemented to improve the promotion or product

- Reached all sales targets on over 50 promotions with Giraffe

Team Leader/ Promoter (Part-time)

FM 104 is one of Dublin's Hit Radio stations. My role here as Promotions Associate included the following:

- Promoted the station FM104 at events around Dublin including: Dublin GAA matches, music festivals and Leinster rugby matches

- Performed a variety of tasks ranging from handing out promotional items at events, inputting music requests from the public and documenting any complaints made by the public

- Friendly and professional appearance was essential due to representing the FM104 brand

Promotions Associate (Part-time)

The Royal St. George Yacht Club, located in Dun Laoghaire, is one of the oldest clubs in Ireland at 176 years. My role here included:

- Mark laying for regattas in Dublin Bay. This would range from 10 boats to over 200 boats competing

- During the regatta I would be on hand to offer rescue services if it was needed

- Co-ordinated crew for other rescue, mark laying and committee boats
