Charlotte Davies

Charlotte Davies is an experienced RAF Aircraft Maintenance Engineer who has a strong background in leadership and problem-solving. She has served as Co Chair of the RAF LGBT+ network and is highly skilled in training and leading teams.

With a history of maintaining high work standards, Charlotte is a motivated individual who approaches tasks with dedication and commitment. She places a high value on inclusion and is passionate about educating individuals on diversity and inclusion (D&I) aspects.

Educationally, Charlotte studied NVQ business, Leisure, and Recreational Activities at Gorseinon College.

Her organizational involvement includes roles as Co Chair at RAF LGBT+ Freedom Network, and prior positions as Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and Co Vice Chair of the LGBT network at the Royal Air Force (RAF). Additionally, she has prior experience as a Lifeguard at City & County of Swansea.
