Charlotte currently holds the position of Head of Primary Curriculum Development at United Learning, showcasing her expertise in educational leadership and innovation.

Prior to her current role, she served as the Primary Curriculum Lead at United Learning, where she further honed her skills in designing effective curriculum frameworks.

Before joining United Learning, Charlotte gained valuable experience as a Senior Advisor at the Prime Minister’s Implementation Unit within the Cabinet Office, illustrating her involvement in high-level policy implementation.
