Charlie's educational background includes studying Broadcast and Broadcast Television at Fanshawe College. He has since held numerous roles in various organizations such as Bell Media, Productions Pixcom Inc., Cineflix, and more, where he contributed his expertise in producing diverse unscripted formats and series such as documentary, lifestyle, true crime, and adventure programming.

Charlie excels in leading his team by example, quickly honing development teams into passionate pitching machines, and working closely with corporate verticals to incorporate all department perspectives. His most notable role was as Head of International Development & Production, where he built a proven track record in creating and producing top-rated programs.
