With a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric, Cultural Studies/Critical Theory, Charlie has excelled in creating and fostering learning communities and organizations throughout his professional life.

Charlie has an exceptional track record in sales and business development, and has held positions with successful companies such as Lacework and Persado. Managing US partnerships at Lacework and leading sales teams, Charlie has achieved notable success in his career.

As an entrepreneur, Charlie founded the Central American Empowerment Network and launched a digital platform to connect and empower Central American creators and entrepreneurs. Charlie has also led youth in community-based research projects in India, bridging entrepreneurial partnerships in Brazil, and more.

When not working, Charlie mentors and empowers youth, enjoys staying active, and immerses himself in literature and new experiences.
