Prior to founding Hennepin Group, LLC, Charlie gained valuable experience as a Consultant at New Partners, where he honed his strategic consulting skills.

His impressive career also includes serving as an Assistant Commissioner at the Department of Agriculture Minnesota, highlighting his commitment to public service and policy implementation.
