Charlie Harrison is an Associate in CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services - Office Occupier practice in Atlanta. He, along with his partner Nima Ghomghani, leads a technology-driven brokerage process for strategic location planning, lease negotiations, and global portfolio management for corporate office users. Their team maintains high professional and ethical standards and excels in tenant representation, transaction management, consolidations, and dispositions. Mr. Harrison and Mr. Ghomghani are recognized as Top Producers of 'Under 40' office brokers nationally, having completed numerous office lease transactions exceeding millions of square feet across the U.S. Charlie, a graduate of Wake Forest University, previously worked in Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch and as a Professional Golfer on the PGA Tour. Outside work, he is actively involved with the Parkinson's Foundation Georgia and resides in Atlanta with his wife.
