Charlie Emsley

Charlie Emsley is the Project Manager at Digilog UK. She joined the company in Spring 2016, initially as an Operations and Training Assistant.1 Charlie holds a BSc (hons) degree in Psychology with Criminology and has extensive knowledge of Conversation Management techniques.1

In her role as Project Manager, Charlie's responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing technological development and growth
2. Coordinating sponsored events
3. Delivering training and QA mentoring to new and existing clients
4. Supporting ongoing business activities1

Prior to joining Digilog, Charlie worked in investigations, analyzing people for deception using Conversation Management techniques.1 Her background in psychology and criminology, combined with her practical experience, has been valuable in her work at Digilog, particularly in supporting business development, sales, and project work.1

Charlie has also played a key role in the research and advancement of training resources at Digilog, utilizing her theoretical knowledge and practical experience to enhance the company's offerings.1 Additionally, she has been involved in the company's ISO 9001 Quality certifications, working alongside Andrew McGeown to maintain these standards.2
