As an adept recruiter, Charley specializes in placing CEOs, C-level Executives, Board members for both public and private technology firms, as well as Partners for leading venture capital and private equity companies. He has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, having founded multiple search firms throughout his career, including Fenwick Partners, which focused on technology companies and was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles.

Charley's entrepreneurial journey also includes co-founding International Technology Partners, a global network of independent firms focusing on technology clients, as well as Access Search Partners, a global partnership of technology search firms. Following the acquisition of Fenwick Partners, he took on key roles within Heidrick & Struggles, such as Office Managing Partner for the Route 128 Office and a member of the North American Management Committee.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Charley Polachi is actively involved in the community and serves on various boards such as On the Isle theatre company, Egan Maritime Institute, and the Sconset Chapel.
