Charles Spottswood, a construction management expert with over a decade of experience, has joined Keystar Inc as President and qualifying agent. Spottswood studied his B.S and M.E in Building Construction at the University of Florida M.E. Rinker School, before spending four years at Coastal Construction working on multimillion-dollar projects. Experienced with project planning and management from start to finish, Spottswood has previously worked with owners, developers, design professionals, building officials, and contractors. Additionally, Spottswood holds several certifications including a Certified General Contractor CGC# 1522391, and LEED GA.
