Charles Smith is a multi-talented individual who has had a diverse career path. He started as a music producer with his brand DarkGrey/ObeyGrey, which played over 300 shows, 5 festivals, and released over 20 singles. He then pursued education and studied Associate of Arts (AA), Graphic Communications at Hawkeye Community College. After that, he joined Ocwen Financial Services, the largest non-bank mortgage company on Earth, as a debt-collection call agent and worked his way up to become the Information Developer. His ability to develop the Python and SQL code that could auto-generate reports earned him a promotion to Business Process Analyst, followed by another to Information Developer.

Charles also has experience in collaborating with different teams, which made him the perfect fit at Mudd Advertising. He joined Mudd Advertising as an ERP Developer, where he wrote Python code that facilitated analytical data pipelines and production fulfillment processes. Soon after, he was given a promotion to Manager of Development Services, Data Services, Email Marketing, and Salesforce CRM teams, where he focused on improving technology-based interactions. Charles believes in using data to make better decisions and is an expert in SFDC, Python3, Golang, and Tableau.
