Charles Schultz is a certified Scrum Master, ASTQB Certified Tester, Microsoft Certified Innovative Educator, and Six Sigma Green Belt. He is accomplished in software testing methods such as Feature Maps, Bender RBT, Test Flow Diagrams, Orthogonal Defect Classification, Exploratory Testing, Mindmaps, Combinatorial Testing, and TRIZ Inventive Problem Solving. Schultz has extensive experience with Agile/Scrum tools and methods such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, and Cucumber. He has significant expertise in UX and has worked with user interviews, usability testing, and brainstorming. Schultz has contributed to the tech industry by inventing and improving test methods and strategies for mobile and electronic products. He holds 21 US patents issued by major tech giants such as Motorola, Research In Motion, and Google. Schultz is a former Board Member of the South Florida Chapter of the International Game Developers Association and is an expert in games for health, video games, virtual worlds, robotics, and technical writing. He has authored three editions of "Game Testing All in One" and a Video Game Testing and Debugging course for Westwood College and has contributed a chapter for the book "Virtual Worlds And E-Commerce." Schultz is an accomplished educator as well, having taught a full course in C programming language and conducted product demonstrations to corporate customers.
