Charles Naselli

Charles Naselli is a highly experienced and accomplished executive with a diverse background in general management, manufacturing and supply chain operations, R&D, product development, and manufacturing engineering. He studied Physics and Math at DePaul University before earning his M.S. in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona.

Naselli's professional career spans over three decades, during which he has held various leadership roles in different organizations. He was General Manager of a multi-million, multi-branch business before starting Global Recruiters of Greenville (GRN), where he currently serves as President. GRN recruits in the Electrical Interconnect and Building Materials industries, and for private equity portfolio companies in manufacturing and distribution, working nationwide, and across all company functions.

Prior to that, Naselli has accumulated invaluable experience and skills as SVP & GM - Services Group at Guardian Building Products, VP - Operations, Plumbing Fixtures, Director - Operations, Sterling Plumbing Group, and Director - Quality, Plumbing North America at Kohler Co. He has also worked at ITT Sheraton, ITT Total Quality Management Group, ITT Night Vision, and as a Summer Engineer at IBM.

Naselli's specialties include leading change, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma. He has a passion for manufacturing and supply chain operations and is highly skilled at improving operational efficiency, driving growth, and optimizing business performance.
