Charles Morrison
Legislative Director
Charles Morrison is the Legislative Director for Representative Mike Gallagher (R-WI) in the U.S. House of Representatives. In this role, he oversees Rep. Gallagher's legislative agenda and serves as the staff lead on national security issues, particularly focusing on U.S.-China competition, conventional deterrence, and emerging technology and security challenges.
