Having studied Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance at Washburn University, and earning an Associate's degree in Business from Kansas City Kansas Community College, Charles has a solid academic foundation to support his practical experience.

Throughout his career, Charles has held key roles such as Account Manager at Advisors Excel, Owner of Best of Both Worlds Lawn Care & Painting, Account Coordinator at jones huyett Partners, and Marketing Intern at GTCC/GO Topeka/DBE Programs. His diverse professional background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of business operations.

Charles also has hands-on experience as a Server at Longhorn Steakhouse, where he honed his interpersonal skills and learned the value of customer-centric service.

In addition to his professional roles, Charles is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion. He initiated a committee focusing on these important aspects and actively leads initiatives and events aimed at recruiting, supporting, promoting, and retaining staff and clients.
