Charles Kock AA is a seasoned professional with a background in accountancy and a focus on maximizing potential for entrepreneurs and their businesses. Currently serving as the Vakdirecteur Accountancy at Flynth, he leads the Accountancy department and is responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards. With over 1500 employees and 60 locations, Flynth is a leading advisor and accountant for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Netherlands. Charles is dedicated to providing timely financial information, expert advice, and assurance based on market insights and regulations.

Apart from his role at Flynth, Charles is a freelance docent in Financial Accounting at Hogeschool Arnhem Nijmegen, contributing to the education of future managerial controllers. He also holds the position of vice-chair of the Adviescollege Beroepsreglementering NBA, providing technical advice and regulatory guidance to the Dutch professional association for accountants.
