Charles Hodges

Charles Hodges is an experienced and highly skilled infrastructure professional with extensive experience in directing application and system management services. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Indiana Wesleyan University, he has proven abilities in identifying and resolving IT service issues. He is also an expert in proactive problem analysis, budget and staff management, team building, and performance management. Before joining Amazon as an Infrastructure Operations specialist, he worked as the Director of Data Center Services at Fujitsu and the Director of Client Services, as well as the Client Services Delivery Manager at Verizon. He was also a former Infantry in the US Army. He is highly regarded for his ability to champion corporate interests through successful IT integration, develop and execute procedures that promote corporate mission, and positively impact the bottom line.
