Charles Gullion, PMP

Charles Gullion is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in technology, program leadership, strategic planning, mentoring, and business process improvements. He has worked for major corporations such as JP Morgan Chase, Verizon Inc, and Capital One, and held positions ranging from Senior Project Manager to Director of Network Operations.

Gullion holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business and an Associate of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Tampa.

Throughout his career, Gullion has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing complex projects, implementing effective change, and dealing with diverse groups. He is highly respected for his ability to balance resources, monitor progress, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Some of his notable achievements include transitioning Vology's IT department from a 24x7 support team to a project-driven organization, saving AVI-SPL over $500,000 in software savings and renewals, and being instrumental in Cloud Navigator's successful integration with a new enterprise platform.

Gullion also has experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning, vendor management, financial analysis and reporting, system integration, and client management.
