Charles Duggan

Charles Duggan is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in municipal management.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Physics from Auburn University. Charles also pursued further education with certificates from Harvard University and the University of Virginia in Senior Executive Programs for State & Local Government.

With a robust career, Charles has held various key positions in different organizations. He currently serves as the City Manager at the City of Redlands. Previously, he was the Administrative Services Division Manager/Treasurer at Marin Municipal Water District. Additionally, Charles has served as the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, Information Technology Deputy Director, and Parks & Recreation Director of Special Programs at the City of Auburn, AL.

His comprehensive education and professional background have equipped Charles with a deep understanding of municipal operations and strategic leadership. With his experience in executive roles and his educational achievements, he continues to excel in his career.
