Charles Crupper is a seasoned technical leader with a passion for building agile and collaborative teams in every phase of software development. With hands-on experience, he has a strong track record of starting and building teams from scratch, as well as fixing broken teams and processes on established programs. He is committed to creating an engaging and collaborative development environment focused on automation, sustainable and reproducible processes, and the delivery of tangible results. Crupper studied Master of Science in Software Engineering at West Virginia University and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from California State University-Chico. He is currently a partner at Yellowshark Group and formerly held key leadership roles, such as Director of Engineering at InAuth, Inc. and Software Technical Lead at SAIC, among others.
