Charles (Chuck) Whitehead is a legal expert specializing in corporate law, financial markets, and business transactions.
With years of experience in various legal roles, including as outside counsel and general counsel for multinational financial institutions, he has worked on a wide range of financial matters such as IPOs, securities offerings, acquisitions, derivatives, and credit transactions.
Before his tenure at Cornell Law School, he held positions at Boston University School of Law and Columbia Law School, where his research focused on financial markets, financial regulation, and corporate governance.
Charles holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he received prestigious academic honors, and a B.A. magna cum laude in Government from Cornell University, where he was recognized with the Sherman-Bennett Award.
